Biolchini Parking

Architectural, Construction, Real Estate

The project was proposed for the Rome Urban Parking Plan on a residential area with high density of built environment in the Portuense-Marconi district.

It envisaged the construction of a mixed-use building with a total volume of 30.322 square meters; it included car garages and car parking spaces for the level below the rural area of the Via Biolchini, and for a commercial section (supermarket) for the part above ground.

Of the four levels intended for parking, the first level was intended for 90 car parking spaces serving the above commercial structure, while the remaning floors housed 217 car garages pertaining to the buildings surrounding  the new construction.

The original project for the commercial part, on the other hand, provided instead of the current supermarket, the construction of restaurants and pubs.
