The following project is a preliminary study drawn up on behalf of the Bonaiti Tennis School in the Municipality of Salò on Lake Garda, to create, on an area under concession in the Municipality of Brescia, a Federal Center for the F.I.T. (Italian Tennis Federation).

The planned volumes concerned not only the purely sporting part, consisting of the tennis fields, changing-locker rooms, gyms, but also the commercial part such as offices and reception areas, as well as a residential part with guest accommodation for athletes.
