The assignment was received from a study that concerned the urban and construction regularization of a management complex located in Eastern Rome, realized but not yet completed. This activity became necessary as it allowed a relocation and transfer of an imported Banking Institute into the following establishment making it its headquarters.

All the surveys of the building were also carried out for the purpose of land registry adjustment aimed at issuing final building permits.
