The project concerned the complete renovation of a decadent and disused hotel with the aim to bring it back to its splendor. In order to do so, new building standards were applied such as sanitary systems,  plant standards and tourist-accommodation standards.

The Atelier presented the interior renovation project taking care of all building permits including the  Superintendences of Architectural and Environmental Heritage (SBARR) as well as the Fire Brigade (WF) one.
