The following project was realized for the Jubilee of the year 2000 and concerns the conversion of a section of a dismembered Francescan convent. New architectural design was implemented and new building standards were applied.

The atelier in this case, in adition to the realization of the building renovation and restoration, took care of the release of all the required authorizations (from urban planning, to the Superintendences of Architectural and Environmental Heritage (SBARR), hygienic and health services etc.) and directly provided the realization of all works with its own partner companies (AGEU 2000Srl) with which it has been collaborating for over 20 years.
