This project is the winning result of a competition granting the requalification of a green public area situated in southern Rome between the INCIS – Decima district and the Torrino South district.

The original project included: a multiplex with large foyer giving access to 7 projection rooms (the number increased to 11 during the following phases of design), an outdoor arena for exterior viewing, and commercial area composed of restaurant, bars, playrooms etc. underground parking and park with an artificial lake.

Today it is one of the movie theater complexes with the largest number of  spectators in Rome.
